Returns & Refunds Policy

At Deal Storm, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Full-priced items – Eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Clearance / Sale items – Not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items remain fully eligible under Australian Consumer Law.
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, opened food items) – Not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items remain eligible.
Faulty or damaged items – Eligible for a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must be:

In original condition, unworn and unused
With all tags and original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return shipping costs apply to change-of-mind returns.
Deal Storm covers shipping costs for faulty, incorrect or damaged items.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 2 business days.
If a return does not meet our conditions, the item may be sent back to you at your cost.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product:

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos.
We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Deal Storm will cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

6. How to Lodge a Return

Email us at info@dealstorm.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Pack your item securely and return it using a trackable service.
Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed according to this policy.
