Returns & Refunds Policy
At Deal Storm, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Full-priced items – Eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Clearance / Sale items – Not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear or cosmetics, and foods) – Not eligible unless faulty.
- Faulty or damaged items – Eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
2. Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- If the return is rejected (e.g. item not in original condition), the item may be sent back to you at your cost.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos.
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and provide a refund, repair, or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. How to Lodge a Return
- Email info@dealstorm.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
- Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed as per this policy.
