1. General

Deal Storm is an online marketplace connecting buyers with products offered by Deal Storm and third-party sellers.
By using this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Buyers

All purchases are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Zip, and Afterpay. Deal Storm does not store any credit card information.
Delivery times and costs vary depending on the seller and destination.
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items (e.g. clearance, hygiene-sensitive goods) may not be eligible for return.

3. Sellers

Sellers must provide accurate product details (title, description, pricing, stock levels, and images).
Sellers are responsible for order fulfilment, shipping, and returns in line with Deal Storm’s policies.
Prohibited or counterfeit items are strictly forbidden. Any breach may result in suspension or removal from the marketplace.
Sellers must comply with Australian consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
Deal Storm reserves the right to withhold payments or remove listings if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant behaviour is detected.

4. Marketplace Role

Deal Storm provides a platform for transactions but does not guarantee product quality or performance for third-party seller items.
Responsibility for orders lies with the seller. Buyers should contact sellers directly for product-specific issues.
Deal Storm may assist in disputes but is not obligated to mediate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Deal Storm (design, layout, text, graphics, logos) is owned or licensed by AI9 Pty Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deal Storm is not liable for:
- Shipping delays outside our control.
- Losses caused by incorrect buyer or seller information.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased or sold via the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Your use of Deal Storm is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

Deal Storm may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
Users may stop using the site at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
