2. Processing & Handling Time

2:00 PM (GMT+10:00) — Australian Eastern Time (Sydney)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

  • Minimum: 1 business day
  • Maximum: 2 business days

Fulfilment Days

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
