Shipping Policy – Deal Storm

At Deal Storm, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than estimated timeframes.

2. Order Processing & Handling

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST – Sydney)

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day

Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

3. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Costs

Australia

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days – $10 flat rate
• Free Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days – Free on orders over $100
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days – $15 flat rate

New Zealand

• Standard Shipping (0–1kg): 5–8 business days – $20 NZD
• Shipping costs for orders over 1kg are calculated at checkout based on total order weight

All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including Australia Post, DHL, Toll, Aramex, and selected courier partners.

5. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (New Zealand Orders)

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by New Zealand authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and our team will assist you.

Deal Storm is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout
